Students will be asked to send a copy of their student card

The registration fee includes:

  • Welcome reception
  • Attendance to the scientific sessions
  • A copy of proceedings
  • Lunch from Wednesday to Friday
  • Conference gala dinner
  • Coffee Breaks
  • Excursion and catalan dinner
  • Conference materials

Additional Costs for Accompanying Persons (optional) are:

  • Conference Gala Dinner: 95 €
  • Excursion and catalan dinner: 25 €

Refunding:

  • Written cancellation received before July 4th, 2010: 100% refund
  • Written cancellation received before July 31th, 2010: 50% refund
  • Written cancellation received after July 31th, 2010: 0% refund
