Registration fees are:

Students will be asked to send a copy of their student card

The registration fee includes:

• Welcome reception
• Attendance to the scientific sessions
• A copy of LNCS proceedings
• Lunch from Tuesday to Friday
• Conference gala dinner
• Daily refreshments
• Two afternoon excursions
• Conference materials

Additional Costs for Accompanying Persons (optional) are:

• Conference Gala Dinner: 60 €
• Tuesday to Friday lunch: 36 €
• Two afternoon excursions: 25 €
  

Refunding:

The policy for refunding registration fees will be as follows:
Written cancellation received before May 1st, 2009: 50% refund, on/after May 1st, 2009: no refund

Grantholder:

Only if you have been conceded a grant to attend the conference, select the grantholder registration fee.
In this case the cost of the registration will be null and you will only have to pay the additional costs (if any).

The grants have already been assigned

Payment:
